On Monday the 16th of September at 3:30 PM, a lecture organized by the Department of History’s speakers’ series, along with the Montreal History Group and the Institute for Gender, Sexuality and Feminist Studies, will be given by Jennifer Guglielmo (Associate Professor of History, Smith College), who will discuss her recovery of the histories of activism of working-class Italian immigrant women anarchists in the United States as a window into the world of early twentieth-century transnational feminism.
