The Arts Undergraduate Society of McGill University will hold a General Assembly for all its members TODAY (Tuesday March 13, 2012) at 6:00 PM in the SSMU Cafeteria.

There are multiple motions on the agenda, but the HSA would like to bring to your attention in particular the motion regarding the General Strike of the AUS. Whether you are pro-strike or anti-strike, it is of utmost importance that Arts students vote in this General Assembly.

 A McGill Arts (or Arts & Science) Student ID is required for eligibility to vote. All are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the brief guide to Robert’s Rules, attached to this message, prior to attendance.

L’AÉFA tiendra une assemblée générale pour tous ses membres le MARDI, 13 mars 2012 à 18h dans la cafétéria du pavillon Shatner.

L’ordre du jour comprendra plusieurs motions, mais le HSA souhaiterait attirer votre attention sur une motion en particulier: celle concernant la Grève Générale AUS. Que vous soyez pour ou contre la grève, il est extrêmement important que les étudiants en Arts aillent voter lors de cette Assemblée Générale. 

Une carte étudiante de McGill (Arts ou Arts & Sciences) est requise pour pouvoir voter. Il est fortement encouragé de se familiariser avec le petit guide de Robert’s Rules ci-joint avant la rencontre.
